Roles and Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for managing payroll, reimbursements & administration activities of the company, ensuring compliance accuracy on monthly basis.
Forming and maintaining employee records, updating databases internally, providing relevant employee information.
Track the timesheets. track leave database, eligibility, availed and closing balances of leaves for the employees. Calculating the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, etc.
Manage employees grievances. Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR-related queries.
Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Joining formality of new joiners, also handling exit interviews and Full and Final settlements.
Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e., employment contracts and recruitment guides.
Ability to work independently as well as with team.
Required Candidate profile
Should have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
HR Administrator role in IT recruiting company, with employees deployed at client’s locations across India.
Prior experience of being a part of a growing team & working directly with Internal Managers, Client’s Hiring Managers, HR Departments, Accounts Departments.
Through knowledge of MS Excel and strong in verbal and written communication skills.
